Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate
Duration: October through December 2025 (holiday season)
Expectations / Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

Welcome customers to the showroom, assess their needs, and provide assistance and detailed product information.

Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing knowledge of products and design trends.

Build and maintain productive relationships with clients through professional, caring communication before, during, and after sales.

Demonstrate awareness of current home furnishings, design trends, and art; be knowledgeable about in-stock and special-order showroom products.

Create and process invoices, purchase orders, and transfers using the POS system per company protocols.

Follow inventory control procedures and company policies; coordinate with management to replenish stock and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.

Perform general housekeeping and any other daily tasks assigned by management.

Assist with gift wrapping for customers—ensuring beautifully wrapped purchases, adding a thoughtful personal touch during the holidays.
Requirements:

Prior retail experience—experience in luxury retail, furniture, interior design, or similar is a plus.

Familiarity with Square POS is beneficial.

Strong commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.

Creative and innovative thinker; ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.

Seasonal availability Oct–Dec 2025, with flexibility for peak periods, including Saturdays and potential evening event shifts.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Technical aptitude and comfort using sales systems/tools.
