Returns

Regularly priced stocked items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (exceptions include upholstered items/pieces of art that must be returned within 48 hours for a full refund excluding shipping charges). If your order arrives damaged, please notify the Christopher Collection team no later than 48 hours after receiving the order. ALL Items must be in original, new condition with all packaging intact. If purchased online, the customer is responsible for shipping back to our store. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return. Any item that is purchased exceeding the cost of $5,000 is considered FINAL SALE. All Antiques purchased are considered FINAL SALE. All items on sale are considered FINAL SALE.

Special/Custom Orders

Special/custom orders are not subject to cancellation and are considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any special/custom orders. Availability, production, and shipping times of special/custom items are estimated according to information available at the time of the order. Christopher Collection is not responsible for delays in production and delivery beyond our control and does not provide compensation or discounts for such delays and backorders.

Approval Policy

All items taken on approval are expected to be returned within 72 hours.

Final Sale Merchandise

Clearance, discontinued, and damaged discounted merchandise is considered final sale. No refund will be issued. 

Freight Deliveries outside of Birmingham, AL

Deliveries outside the Birmingham area will be coordinated with our third-party shipping company. Moving, hauling, or rearranging the client’s existing furniture would need to be arranged with the moving service prior to picking up. This arrangement is solely the responsibility of the client and would need prior consent from the moving service. The client is responsible for any fees and is 100% responsible for payment of said delivery service(s).
