Regularly priced stocked items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Upholstered items must be returned within 48 hours for a full refund. ALL Items must be in original, new condition with all packaging intact. If purchased online, the customer is responsible for shipping back to our store. Damaged or wore items will not be accepted for return. 

Special/Custom Orders

Special/custom orders are not subject to cancellation and are considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any special/custom orders. Availability, production, and shipping times of special/custom items are estimated according to information available at the time of the order. Christopher Collection is not responsible for delays in production and delivery beyond our control and does not provide compensation or discounts for such delays and backorders.

Final Sale Merchandise

Clearance, discontinued and damage discounted merchandise is considered final sale. No refund will be issued. 


Christopher Collection offers shipping through a custom service for larger products. Moving, hauling, or rearranging the client’s existing furniture would need to be arranged with the moving service prior to picking up. This arrangement is solely the responsibility of the client and would need prior consent from the moving service. The client is responsible for any fees and is 100% responsible for payment of said delivery service(s).


Please notify Christopher Collection immediately if you believe that your purchase was damaged in transit. Buyers should inspect their delivery upon receipt and email if there is a problem.
